These baristas aren?t trained and argue with you about what you order. I ordered a Macchiato with sugar free syrup, so the... associate asks ?well where would I put the syrup?? And I was so shocked that he was asking me how to make it, so I answer ?inthe cup??, he replied ?So you don?t want a macchiato, you want a latte!? Lmao I was so confused that he would tell me what Iwanted, I was so annoyed, I told to them forget it and left. No way I was going to pay them to make me a drink they didn?t evenknow how to prepare without my help. You work there, you should know how to make a macchiato vs a latte and as an avid coffeeand espresso drinker, idk what they were trying to pull but I must?ve had a face of someone who doesn?t know coffee but I do. Iwent straight home and used my 700$ Breville to make it myself at home. Just plain Lazy and rude. Read more
Morning staff deserves a raise, never fails to impress
I love going to this Starbucks in Target and I normally get great service here. However, I just ordered a drink here and the... barista, Andrew was very rude. I asked for a few customizations to my drink and he rolled his eyes and made snarky comments. Ido not appreciate your baristas making their customers feel bad for a few simple drink requests. Good Starbucks with nice baristas. The only complaint is that the drinks are not "as strong" here for some reason. Parking is... also sometimes hard to find in that plaza. Read more
