Went in for 3 things, waits on the 20 min long line for them to tell me they?re out of all 3 things. They should have a sign of... all the things they?re out of in the front before students wait in the line. Very inconvenient. Cashier with blue hair did notseem to care at all. Also, if you order something with no ice, they will charge you extra. Only Starbucks that seems toimplement this policy on top of their already overpriced drinks. Read more
They never have anything, even though in the grubhub app it says they have it! Besides that they always get my order wrong.
My credit card works on every outlet except this Starbucks. For some reason this store has an issue with international credit... cards which used to work before. I would recommend staying away from this starbucks. USF Bookstore is much better. Read more
literally got yelled at by their workers because my id was scratched so it wasn?t swiping, had a worker yesterday tell me they... can just put my id number in the system since it was scratched, went to tell the worker today and they declined to enter my id.then got yelled at by the lady in charge saying they don?t do that. then proceeded to be laughed at for no reason when it?s notmy fault that this starbucks doesn?t educate their workers on what they can and cant do apparently, or they are just too lazy totake an extra step. this is how usf starbucks library employees treat students at usf. waited in a 20 minute line to walk outwith nothing before class. It?s the only Starbucks that still has the Pumpkin Chai tea latte with the pumpkin cold foam so I went there twice now even... though not a student and my experience was great. I took a chance on parking and went in. No long line then but it quicklygrew. Staff was kind and efficient. I?ll frequent this location again. Read more
The place looks so much better and illuminated. They also have new chairs and tables. They?re still finishing up some details as... they just opened today. It is great to have a Starbucks at the library. It can get really crowded under peak hours so orderingahead using Tapingo helps a lot if you are in a rush and don?t mind paying a service fee. The staff is pretty quick though sothe wait shouldn?t be too long. Can?t use mobile payment yet but it should be working soon. Read more
Location: USF Library The manager/shift lead openly speaks very rudely to employees and customers. No student should ever have... to tolerate this type of treatment. Read more
