Super friendly staff ..very nice and welcoming we went from a fast coffee run ..they were quick we stayed for couple minutes sat... by the window.. very clean ..we could have stayed a little longer but we had already other plans but def. First turned me away because they?re a cashless store. My father went to order coffee for our family a few hours later and it... just tasted weird. How hard is it to add whipped cream and make a normal caramel macchiato? Read more
There's one particular girl there who always gets my order wrong- no matter what it is I order- and if I have a question or ask... about the mistake she is super rude and proceeds to angrily complain and insult me to her coworkers directly infront of me. Evengoing out of her way to glare at me and stare me down across the store. I don't even have a problem with mistakes, I genuinelyask if i said something wrong or not but she does this every single time I go in. It's gotten to the point where I don't feelcomfortable going anymore because she is the only one who works the register and every order is always wrong and she treats itlike I've gotten some personal vedentta out for her. The one saving grace is there' one other girl there who is super nice andseems be the one that cleans up the rude ones mess. she's incredibly kind and if she's stuck int that environment then she needsa major raise. Came for breakfast, there are 4 people working, very few customers in store - the tables are dirty, floors dirty and trash cans... are full. Won?t be coming back to this location! Read more
