I purchased a small coffee for less than $6.00 and Starbucks charged my card 3 times and took over $25.00 off my debit card. I... called to see how to get my money back and I was given really bad attitude by the employee and then threatened when I told her Iwas coming to the store so she could show me the phone number to call, threatened to call security on me. I do not appreciatethis kind of treatment from the first time I have ever tried Starbucks. I will not purchase from Starbucks again because I nevergave permission to steal $25.00 from me and I do not appreciate the way I was treated when I called to solve the problem. For the most pet this Starbucks is nice, but for over 3 months now they have been out of various products. One being oatmeal.... I tried ordering coffee with 10% steamed milk from Jenn at Starbucks in Tampa General today and Jenn said they have to charge me... for a misto since the milk is steamed. So I tried to explain that I only want 10% milk and misto requires more milk. So she rowher eyes, at me and said I was rude. I could not believe her bad attitude towards me so I ask for a manager which they claimedthere isn?t one available. I cancel my order and inform her that I will contact corporate and that she?s the rude one. Again sheshook her head, row her eyes and said she doesn?t care and that I was rude. I drink coffee from Starbucks daily and NEVER hadsuch a rude barista.
