Their coffee machine was broke so couldn?t make latte?s. So i ordered coffee with milk. I got a very dark coffee & i asked to... please add more milk. The lady was annoyed but gave me a small cup of ?very cold? milk ! So I asked her to please warm it up bcit will make my coffee cold (which is common sense) to which she was even more annoyed. But gave me a smal cup of hot milk. Thengiven they no longer have the sugar out I asked her to please give me an additional pack of sugar, to which she took a deep loudbreath to make sure I knew she was annoyed. Very rude ! Their drinks are so amazing! I love that I can customize my drink more caffeine, no caffeine, milk, milk alternatives, hot,... cold, drizzled, plain, you name it, they do it. You dream it up they can make it. They have great customer service. They wantto make sure you are satisfied. Read more

Went to try to order at 8:35pm on Saturday 3/20/21. The guy was cleaning everything out and told us they were closed. This... Starbucks location closes at 9pm and that?s when they should stop serving customers. This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. REPEATEDLY bad. I?ve given up. Tried to charge me $7 for plain oatmeal the... other day. Emailed Starbucks to complain numerous times to no avail. Awful service. Snail slow. Their knowledge of what?s on themenu and what should come with the different food and drinks is non-existent. I don?t think I?ve ever ordered anything that wasactually stocked and ready to go. They ALWAYS have to go in the back (which apparently is a 5-10 min trip aka break forthem) Would love to be able to use this store while I?m at Target but it just isn?t worth the aggravation. I got in and out and my orders were finished quickly, I even screwed up and had to go back and they understood and were very... nice about it, best Starbucks in Tampa. The staff was working hard and were the politely they could be. I'd also like to notethat they even were able to make one of my more complicated orders work, which is worth the price for the cup of coffee. Read more
