This location doesn't serve there walk-in customers very well. They pay more attention to the drive through and talking to... other employees. And then the last 3 times they can't even get the order right. I will be going to another location from nowon. Read more

This is the worst Starbucks in Tampa. This location needs to hire a better manager and retrain all of their employees. The... amount of drinks I saw them make wrong and have to throw out in the 30 minutes I was there waiting for ONE cup of coffee wasunreal. Nobody seems to know what they?re doing and how slow they move is painful. I work in the restaurant industry so I feellike I?m pretty understanding. And I never leave bad reviews either but this felt necessary. Just save your time and don?t gohere. Horrible service. And I guarantee they will not make your drink right. Read more

Who ever is I charge of ordering at this place should seek a new position. They don?t understand the demand of multiple... customers They are always out of everything. Hasn?t had peach flavoring in 3 weeks. Always run out of Splenda never have coldbrew. Everyone there is rude and obnoxious. Read more

Worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. DO NOT order the beyond breakfast sandwich unless you like them burnt. My coworker and... I decided to stop for a quick breakfast before a two hour drive down south. After I received my sandwich, I thought I smeltsomething burnt but thought maybe it was inside the store. After letting it cool I pulled it out and it was burnt right on thetop. How did they not notice!? I decided to call the store manager and she told me that ?they have been having issues with thebeyond breakfast sandwiches and they?ve been burning and that if I came back later they would make me a new one?? what!? So youknow that the sandwiches are burning, you see that it?s burnt, but you?re still deciding to let people order it!? Not only that,but they couldn?t refund me unless I went back to the store, which is completely out of the way. I came to this location becauseit was convenient, It?s not a location I frequent or even live close to. I already wasted my time and money on a burnt breakfastsandwich at this poorly ran location, I won?t be returning. I asked for corporates phone number and when I dialed, it was thewrong number. Wow shocker. So I found the number online and gave them a call. Corporate was extremely helpful and let me knowthey would be looking into this problem. Read more

Horrible. I ordered a 12 oz capp with 3 shots of espresso and it tasted like warm milk - I had to throw it out. I wanted coffee... with just enough milk to make it smooth...I will not go to this location again. So disappointing. Read more

Great place to have a cup of coffee and relax for a bit, they treated me very kindly and my order was made super fast.
