Wait for 30mins for a frappucino drink. He pick up mine cup and other cup come after me, and do them first :)))))
Only downside is that grubhub service is basically unusable. DO NOT use grubhub at any time. You will get your order way faster... getting in line anytime of day. Every time I use it I regret it. I waited for nearly an hour, granted it was very busy, butstill. Other than that, friendly staff and usually clean. They're probably just overwhelmed with orders. Read more

This location takes customer safety seriously. They serve you quickly, make sure people stay distanced and keep things very... tidy. The young ladies that were working when I went were very friendly and made our iced coffee drinks perfectly. Read more

I've had great service here (morning shift). Today I got some of the worst service.. (mid-afternoon shift). I get that they're... mostly student employees, but that's no excuse to treat people in an inhumane manner. Overwhelmingly elitist/spoiled clientelemakes for an undesirable place to study or grow. So sad, they changed something in the White Choclate Mocha frappe reciepe and now it doesn't taste good... :( it was one of the... few drinks I actually liked there. I've tried multiple locations but it must be at a corporate level...just thought peopleshould know in case they try to order it. It isn't the same so you'll be disappointed. Read more
