Poor customer service! I?m always ignored at this store, as I watched several other customers get served their order before me.... This happened to me more than once, but their excuse is being ?short staffed?. My actual complaint is about not beingacknowledged and constantly having to wait longer than others who ordered 5-6 minutes after me to receive my small order. Thegirl who took my order and made some of the orders never apologized and literally blew me off when I asked for my order just toserve another customer. Plus, I think she over charged me too. I?m never coming to this awful location ever again! They need totrain their workers on diversity and how to manage customer service. Stop with the lame excuses! Read more

Great staff. Efficient and professional. Store is clean and well maintained. Coffee is good but way too expensive.
What I like about this Starbucks is that it is not one of the drive thru shops which always seem to have a long line. This makes... people get out of their car to get a drink which must keep the lines down as it was not too crowded. Staff appeared friendlyenough. A/C works. It took longer than I expected to make my drink, and they gave us the wrong bag of food which we had to comeback and exchange, but all in all not a bad experience. Read more
