A bunch of kids barely working, all distracted, made my late late, did not call my name. I saw my drink sitting on the counter.... When I asked if it was my drink they said ?no, it?s Mobil order?. I waited for 20 more min and asked again. One of the salesteens read the label again and called my name pretending like nothing happened. No one dared to apologize. Starbucks is nolonger a premium coffee shop. It?s sad. Read more
Stand alone kiosks can be a hit or miss, but this Starbucks in the Citrus Park Towne Center mall is definitely a hit! I've... started using the Starbucks app because they make ordering ahead just a little too easy for the self-confessed coffeeholic -especially if you are reordering a previous item. *I'm looking at you, Mr Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, my frosty friend!* The Barista working when I arrived today was moving quickly to keep up with the orders, but judging by my Frap, quality was notsacrificed for efficiency. (At one point, the (I assume) Starbucks manager caught up with me to ask for what purpose I wastaking photos. I was happy to share with her they would be posted to Google along with a review.) Kudos! Considering it's in the center of citrus park mall and all the people they must serve on a daily basis, the manager who took my... order once has remembered my name and greets me with a smile every time he sees me walk up . Super friendly guy with a cheerfuldisposition. I can see why he was promoted so quickly and transferred to a new location . The area was a bit messy, not well kept and this is in a mall, not sure if that's on starbucks or the mall itself and the... barista's that night weren't the best and not informative at all, maybe it cause they were teens but still, they should informthe custs of when products are out of stock and unavailable BEFORE letting the cust purchase. For years my girlfriend and I have had excellent service at the Citrus Park Mall location. However, last Friday was a... nightmare. There were 3 workers, and 2 were stocking up, and doing other jobs. The line got so long that it took 30 minutes toorder, and receive our 2 drinks. Because of this we were unable to sit, and relax. It was time to drive home. Read more
