I know when I?m stopping at this Starbucks to make sure I have an extra 10-20 available minutes because that is just how slow... the drive thru is. For years I dread coming to this location. NO other sbux is this slow. Explain it??? Read more
Who ever designed this drive thru was on crack , all the parking spots closer to the entrance will be blocked by the drive thru... line behind you including handicap parking spots , Good job. Read more
Around noon today, fist time in this location, received such a bad customer service + store was unsafe with boxes all over the... floor, my grandmother almost fell. After us standing to get served for over 10mins, they told me I had to physically go to thedrive thru to order a simple coffee, because they were short staff ( I saw 5 ppl working) I politely asked them to take my orderagain (why make me go around, I'm already waiting in the store for a few mins + expend gas+ is not my fault your staffingissues), but all I got was rude not welcoming behavior by the staff. The manager ended up just taking my order over the counterbut it's disappointing that we have to go over such experience... Grandma just wanted to enjoy her drama free coffee, employeessuch as the ones in this location give bad name too all professional baristas and managers that work for Starbucks.
