If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, when we went up to the drive through window, it was infested with... bees. Normally I would not mind, but my husband and kid were in the car and they are highly allergic to bee stings. Then when Iget our drinks, they got 2 out of 4 wrong. When I go up to the door to ask them to give me correct order, it is locked. Iknocked on the door and they just completely ignored me. I called, explained the situation and the manager had the nerve to tellme that they couldn't open the door because it was dangerous to the customers because the place outside was infested with bees(that's how bad the amount of bees were outside). So let me get this right, they lock the door to "protect their customers fromthe bees, but they leave the drive through open, which is infested with bees as well? I am no rocket scientist here, butwouldn't that protect the people inside (employees only) and expose the customers (outside)? I am sorry but if I decide to pay$25 for 4 drinks, I want to get them right. Not coming back to this location. Read more

Terrible experience. The store had a bee infestation in the lobby so only the drive through was open. Decided to mobile order.... Proceeded to wait in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Got my drinks and drove off. Realized that they gave me the wrong drinksand I had no way to get the correct drinks without waiting another 30 minutes. Lesson learned, stick with Dunkin. Read more

While food remains high in quality, freshness and taste, service at the drive through is very inconsistent. Over the last few... weeks when I pass my refill cup to the person at the window, most happily accept the cup and add my purchase to it as it helpsavoid the potential of spills in the car. Today was different. The drive thru employee refused to touch the cup stating "I can'ttouch the cup" which really sent the wrong message. Anyway, I just went along, paid for my requested items then departed. Interesting that she had no problem handling my credit card... Read more

Didn't have a very good experience when I went into the store. Store seems to be under staffed, employees don't seem to care... about any customers that are walking in. I showed up after my estemated mobile order pick up time and had no clue if my orderwas even ready. Tons of customer standing right at the door waiting for stuff, was not easy to get through the people waiting. After waiting for about 10 minute and talking to people waiting, everyone was confused if there order was ready or not. Lookedlike there was at least a dozen or more order sitting on the counter. The worse part is the pick up area seems completelyunsanitary as the employees were just allowing any customer that wanted to walk up and grab any of the orders on the counter tosee if it was theirs or not. Customers should not be allowed to just touch anybody else's order to see if it is theirs. Peoplearound me also waiting for their orders were also not impressed that random customer were touching others people orders either. Read more

Worst Starbucks in Tampa. Always have to wait 20-30 min in a driverthru where there?s maybe 2-3 cars. The Bristas are extremely... rude for being a Starbucks. People who work at McDonald?s are nicer. They mess up your order all the time. I mean how do youmess up a simple white chocolate mocha cold and a banana bread. If I can give them a zero I would. I would never get my coffeehere again. The drinks are ok and staff is nice but they have a serious problem with the amount of time it takes to fill orders. We did... mobile order and were told that the order would be ready at 1:35, which was 15 minutes after the order was placed. That wasfine, but at 1:55, we finally approached and asked if we could cancel the order because we had been waiting so long. The youngman behind the counter said our drinks were up next and asked if it was ok to continue. I said yes. The gal made my drink, butthen made two different ones for people who weren't there before she finished making ours. This is not the first time I've had asignificant wait at this location. They probably need more people. There were only four employees there on a Saturday afternoonof a holiday weekend. Weekdays have been better as far as wait times but the weekend delays are much longer than they should be,which seems to be a staffing issue. Read more

I?ve lived here for 2 years and there has been maybe a couple days where this Starbucks has it together. Most days you will be... waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for them to even get you to the window, once you?re at the window it?s a toss up if they havethe right order. I recommend going to the one on racetrack road a few miles away, it is worth the extra drive I promise. Thisone clearly has a management problem since it?s been an issue for 2 years. Read more

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been too. Ordered on mobile ahead but when came inside to pick up my drink it... wasn?t ready but somehow people that came inside the store AFTER me got their order before me! Idk how it?s possible! I ended upspending 25 minutes waiting for the order an d out never came out so I came to Jung guy to cancel the order and get a refund. He processed it, so just for that it?s a two star. Read more
