Never Again what a waste of time?I Got off the highway exit in a rush to work and went to this Starbucks on Hillsborough Ave... threw there drive thru there is clearly a sign on your right hand side there pointing star bucks drive thru?.it was clear so Ipulled in and was the 3rd vehicle in line a young lady walked up to me by then 4 more cars where behind me she was very rude andstated I had to pull out of line circle the block and pull back around to the back of the line I was confused and stated Why??she cut me off before explaining and stated we have wrecks here and no one can come threw here no more I stated then where isthe sign or cones saying a person can not due so, And pull in..she got upset and called for a manager A manger approached me Ibelieve his name was Bryan he started saying the same about wrecks and people being ran over made know sense?I apologize andstated well I didn?t know there is no sign and pointed out there?s 5 cars now will I still be able to Keep my place in line hestated that it?s not his problem and walked away, I?m very upset and believe if you are gonna stop people from coming to yourbusiness at least have a sign pointing them in the right direction No sign only a Drive thru one with a arrow saying customerscan pull in Please fix this because stating people will be ran over at star bucks is not the way to go. Stopped to get a bacon gouda egg sandwich. Recieved a piece of egg slapped on a bun no bacon no cheese. After about 6 trips... here and them messing up every single order. I will not be back. Seems like the owners and managers have no idea what is goingon. As a manager of a lucrative restaurant I have no idea how the managers allow this horrid service to continue. The complaints here about the drive through moving painfully slow are not overstated. I sat and watched netflix. Fortunately 2... cars ahead of me gave up and drove off otherwise I'd still be there. The car in front of me was at the window for 8 minutes. Iwas expecting a massive order to come out. It was two drinks... No clue what these people are doing in there. Read more
To start, none of the below is an issue specific to this Starbucks location, it?s all of them. I?ll keep it short. I understand... inflation and I understand staffing challenges. But you?re now charging over $6 for a medium drink and it takes 11 minutes tomake it? You guys gotta pick one, absurd prices and fast service, or slow service and reasonable prices. The staff waswonderful, everyone was nice, and clearly working hard. Nothing they could have done would have changed the result. After 20years I?m finally done with this nonsense. Read more

This Starbucks is horrible!!! Drive thru and parking is a joke. I was told I needed to drive around the building to enter the... drive thru when there?s a clear opening from from the Hillsborough entrance. The young lady taking the order outside could ofpointed or directed me to go around but instead waited until I was next to take my order to tell me I had to drive around whenI was already waiting for over 10 min and multiple cars where already in drive-thru that I was ahead of. That felt verymalicious. I ask to speak to the manager and he was no help and walk away in the middle of me explaining?
