I drove through last weekend. Not very busy but had to wait a little while at the window for the order. I am guessing that was... because it was made fresh, because the food was hot and very good. The issue I had was the person who worked at the window. Nogreeting, no words at all. The window opened, he took my CC & walked away. Several minutes later he returned and handed me myCC and then walked away again. a few minutes later, after my food had been set at the window by someone else, he returned andhanded me my large soda sideways, with the lid pointed at my face. I am amazed (and thankful!) that the lid stayed on. I tookthe food and said "thank you". he walked away. Again, no "You're welcome", "thank you", "Have a nice day".. nothing. Again,the food was great, the interaction was non existent. A NOTE - I see responses on here from "the owner" asking about escalatingthe concerns from the review to "the franchise owner", or "contacting the team" to "make the concerns known". It seems like"the owner" would be doing all of that now that the owner has read and is aware of the concerns posted here. It also seems like"the franchise owner" or "the team" could simply be encouraged to read these reviews for themselves. Just a suggestion. Read more

I've changed my review. Sure I waited a little bit in line but it's not Sonic's fault that there's a bunch of people in front of... me ordering crazy stuff. The service was excellent, the food was awesome. Man I love those drinks I was just grumpy because Iwaited in line for a while and I didn't get anything just my daughter and wife. Lesson learned I should have got something.Upgraded to five stars. Read more
The employees are very nice but this place obviously needs some serious elbow grease on it. If the front view is left like this... just imagine what the kitchen that?s hidden from the public eye is looking like. I?ve never gone through during the day andbeen able to see it in the light of day before and I was pretty grossed out. I?ll come back in a month during the day and seeif they have cleaned it up? What a waste of 31.00 jumbo popcorn chicken my @$$!! Look at this what chicken? Tiny dried pieces & barely any sauce omg never... again 11.00 you can see they rang me up JPC what is reg Micro chicken. Got my order wrong I wanted 2 orders of cheese fries theyrang up 1 as tots I told the Girl at window she said ok sorry we're making that for you and still got order wrong. I came homewith freaken tots. Seriously never again was told short staffed ok that means what? Who ever manages this Sonic if they werethere should be FIRED!!!! 30 mins in line giving food to people behind us. Some people just left due to wait. Food was good but service is bad, very bad. It took 17 minutes to get 2 corn dogs and a half tea/half lemonade. When it... finally did come, I backed out only to realize there was no straw in the bag. I hit the red button and was told to view themenu and he would get back to me. After two minutes he asked what I would like to order and I said I needed a straw. It cameout quickly. Like I said the food was good and fresh but it took forever. Read more
So the kids love this place... Myself less and less each visit. This time my cherry limeade was only cherry (8yr old: "mommy, I... can drink the code red?? I already had a little..." ) Last time I paid almost $7 for a "large" jumbo chicken... Half full ofpieces smaller than my pinky nail ..and my strawberry limeade was just watery lime with enough strawberry to give itspeckles...not even make it pink ish .... At this point I'm like "come on already"...I drive over 10 miles to grab some food Ireally would like it to be worth the cost. The waitresses have all been very kind. Read more
We went to the drive up but we waited too long, went to the drive through and the service was very good. Pulled under a shade... tree, rolled windows down and enjoyed their foot long hot dogs and drinks and onion rings. We recommend this for a goodafternoon lunch. Too bad we did not experience the old fashioned drive up diner with car service. Read more
