Servers will tell you they are closed 2 minutes before they posted hours when you walk in and not serve you. Then, when you... realize you still have time and turn around and tell them that they aren't closed and they still refuse you service. I order smoothie king multiple times a week, at this location and one near my job. This place is incredible. Really fast, the... staff is always super nice, and I've never had a wrong order. I really appreciate how efficient and friendly everyone ishere!! My only peeve is the location. Encore plaza is near impossible to park in during lunch hours so picking up an onlineorder is super annoying. Would the owners ever consider moving somewhere nearby with a drive through? Read more

This location was no exception and their staff provided excellent customer service. Upon entering thestaff quickly greeted us with a friendly greeting. The menu is very detailed and informs the customers of the ingredients aswell as options for add ins. Read more

I used to only go to nektar but I finally gave up on them and I'm glad I did! Smoothie ???? always blends perfectly and that's... really what a smoothie is about. I will continue to come here instead of driving all the way to Kennedy for inconsistency. Read more
I had a smoothie delivered by uber eats, it had tape covering the straw whole, etc. While drinking the smoothie I almost... swallowed a big piece of what looks like a blended piece of jewelry (see pics). I dump it out into a bowl to see what else is inthere, a PILE of crushed metal at the bottom of the cup! I call the store and the guy literally tells me this couldnt havehappened at his store because none of the machines are broke! It's a very clean place. Staff could be a little bit more helpful but other than that it's very clean in here and smells great.... I got the mango strawberry smoothie. I'm not so big on apple juice mixed in with a smoothie. I like yogurt-based ones. TheSmoothie also tasted really artificial. Like there weren't fresh strawberries or mangos in there. That was disappointing to. I'dsay if you want to artificially taste smoothie, stop in here. Read more
I was having a nice afternoon drinking my smoothie when all of a sudden a crazed women comes over and knocks my drink out of my... hand spilling all over the floor. Josie the young lady who checked me out, swan dives over the counter, got on her hands andknees and hand scooped my smoothie back into my cup for me to drink????????????????. Not to mention she also made me areplacement smoothie and drove me home after because I was so startled from the incident. 10 stars if I could!! Read more
