We didn't had sushi for a long time so on Wednesday night we decided to have sushi for dinner. We decided to have dinner at... Samurai Blue since the reviews were good and place also seemed well. Accessibility and Restaurant Samurai Blue was around 20minutes from our place plus there was ample of parking space available. When we entered the restaurant the restaurant was niceand clean with ample of seating opportunities available. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and it had a nice decor. Beinga weekday night there weren't much people in the restaurant. Food and Service Once we sat down for food we were greeted by ourserver Soomi along with the menus. We got the water soon.. By exploring the menus we started our order with appetizer MisoGrilled Corn and for sushi we ordered Red Devil Sushi and Hawaiian Roll along with Spicy Mayo as well as Garlic and Wasabi. I was a little leery walking in for lunch, as the place was not busy, but was happily surprised. The lunch special was a great... deal, and the sushi tasted delicious. Really really lovely! High end sushi for cheaper than I'm used to paying for it in Denver, CO. The sushi dinner was amazing,... everything super fresh and just the right amount. Easy to pass by on Dale Mabry, as I have always seen it but not paid much attention. Glad I stopped in. Although primarily a... sushi place, they do have a somewhat limited regular menu as well. Staff is friendly, and the restaurant has a nice moderndécor that reminded me of being more in a trendy city than the suburbs. Tempura Sushi was great. The Ginger salad was superb.Teriyaki chicken was decent, but like I said, the real emphasis seems to be on the sushi. For the Uber eats people, I did see alot of orders sitting here for quite some time (not the restaurant's fault). I checked my Uber delivery app, and people wereoffering no tip to come pick up the food orders, so Uber was giving drivers $3 for the whole delivery.
