Very nice pizza place. The predetermined pizzas and build it yourself are both good options, all are big enough for about 1-2... people. The drink prices were a bit high, but the pizza was worth it for a nice lunch for yourself. Staff was also extremelycourteous and efficient. I didn't know what time they opened and arrived a bit early, but the woman there was good to start theorder. Definitely one of the better food court options! ???? Read more

Place basically scams you. They advertise one thing on the board and then charge you different saying 'sign broken' or or give... you thin crust for thick. They don't give you an itemized receipt so you really can't try to get it corrected - just hope youdon't get overcharged. Read more

JUST had the worst experience of my life at this place. If I could give a ZERO stars I would!!! Stopped for a quick pizza for my... son and after long waiting and realizing that everybody that was behind me in line had their pizza and left I decided to ask formy son?s pizza just to be informed that they not only didn?t call my name but my pizza was just sitting in the counter. Theytried to give me the pizza that?s been sitting there probably for 15 minutes already and was cold. I refused the cold pizza andasked for my money back as my kid was very hungry and I didn?t want to wait for another one to be made and cooked. This is whenthe most horrible experience in my life happened as a customer. The manager came, didn?t apologize, opened the cashier, got themoney and thrown at the counter for me to pick it up and shutting the cashier drawer very aggressively. Immediately I told himhe should not just apologize but not treat the customers that way. He was so rude, intimidating and I was so embarrassed. It wasjust terrible to be treated that way on front of my son and everybody. It was a Sunday lunchtime and the food court was prettybusy. He kept screaming have a nice day while gesturing for me to go away. I couldn?t believe this actually happened. Thisperson is not professional and should not be working with the public to say at least. Won?t go back to this place or even themall. And would definitely not recommend. Read more

Great customer service. I loved the spicy marinara sauce. The meatballs with peppers and ricotta were delicious, but very oily.... We spent about $27 on two personal pizzas, a cup of meatballs, and one Diet Pepsi. You could easily spend the same amount ofmoney for a lot more food elsewhere. Considering we were in a mall food court, I felt like it was the best place to eat. Read more

Pizza was just okay; I've had better at similar quick serve chains. I thought the amount of pepperoni on my supreme pizza was a... bit sparse. On the plus side it was served very hot. Read more

Personally, I find Rise Pies a little expensive for food court fare, but I also personalize the bejeezus out of my pizza until... it's really suitable for two meals. (I still eat it in one though). Like most places (CHIPOTLE), they can be stingy with themeat. It really depends on who's making your pizza and how much they like you (or their job, whatever). What sort of makes upfor it is how many OTHER things you can add on top! The ricotta is excellent, and I highly recommend the sun-dried tomatoes andbalsamic glaze as a finisher. Hooooo mama. To go with the above, I opt for the pesto base every time. It has a really niceflavor and is just something different from the traditional tomato sauce. Definitely ask them to sprinkle some herbs and salt onthere as well. I learned this after my first experience. The pizza was still good but really needed that extra oomph! As far asthe bake, you can ask them for crispier or softer. They'll adjust it and take it out of the oven accordingly. The only otherpizza place I've seen in a food court before is Sbarro, and I've found Rise Pies to be way more satisfying, less greasy, andbetter quality. Read more

One of our family has gluten and dairy allergies. Usually these build your own pizza places are great for those allergies but... this was extremely disappointing. The gluten free pizza crust was completely charred on one side the cheese didn?t melt orspread and is almost flavorless. For a 10.50 pizza it?s insulting. The other two pizzas were slightly overdone and just ok. Read more
