I ordered 2 combo boxes, with 2 sides each, I was missing the two sides, and one of the boxes was sent without fries, not to... mention the chicken was cold, I noticed this when I got home. By the time I got home they were closed so The following day Iwent to the restaurant to speak to the manager(Keyona) to try and resolve this issue and apparently she couldn?t do anythingfor me, because it was ?too much chicken and sides to replace.? This location is a hard hit or miss. They are often out of chicken, fries and other items, but when they have it, it's good.... Staff is either super nice or just plain nasty. Cumulatively they are the epitome of average. Read more
Staff was confused and didn't actually listen to orders. They wandered around like they had no idea what to do. Took me 20... minutes to get just 2 of their $6 tackle boxes. Even though it was advertised on a huge poster by the door, they had nothingprepared. Shrimp, fries and even the mash and gravy were a wait. I told the person taking the order that I wanted 2 drinks aswell when I originally ordered. They had to cancel my order, reenter it to add the drinks and then the food quality was prettyawful. I came from California and the Popeyes there was always on point. This was a painful and ridiculous interaction at best. Read more
Spicy chicken sandwich, enough said. As with many places they have an app and pretty sure when I joined I got a free chicken... sandwich if you spend ten dollars. Great other deals too. I usually order my food from the app and pick up, tends to expeditethe process. Read more
They are so welcoming and nice. They greet you when you come in the door and double check to make sure they got your order right... and the food and fresh and hot. Definitely one of the better Popeyes I have visited in a while Read more
3 stars because the chicken sandwich waa awesome. Lotsa waiting for the other patrons who ordered larger meals. 4 employees... were seen and it wasn't crowded-6 customers in restaurant and not busy in Drive thru. I dined in the restaurant. Almost everytable was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Condiments needed to be stocked (pictured) and a tray of old food sat next to thedrink machine the entire time I was there. Read more
Amazing customer service! I was very impressed with the attentiveness and speed of the service at this location. The menu... boards were down and the great employee who helped me was very helpful. He went above and beyond. I recommend stopping here forgreat food and great customer service. Edited: I found out that the great customer service was actually the manager! Amazing. Read more
I'm giving it a three stars because sometimes they're awesome and everything goes right and sometimes you wonder if it could get... any worse. I mean I went the other night an hour and a half before closing and they said that there were no biscuits after Ipaid for the meal. How can Popeyes run out of biscuits? That's like running out of chicken. That same night they told methrough the drive-thru speakers that they were not doing drive-thru. So I went inside and all their menu boards were blank. ButI love Popeyes Chicken and this one's in my neighborhood so I tried again just last night and everything was excellent. Service,food, and food availability. I got my biscuit.
