Dirty. Sloppy service. Terrible customer service rude attitudes. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to get to the speaker... which is typical and to be expected, I spent a further 15 minutes at the speaker repeatedly attempting to get attention of theemployee on the other end. I eventually got fed up of waiting with no response and drove up to the window where I found theemployee running the speaker on her phone. When I asked why she was on her phone and ignoring me and not taking my service northe multiple others behind me, to which I add two had driven off in the interim while I was waiting to not be served, Theslack-eyed and unabashed employee replied to me that the headset did not inform her that there were any customers waiting to beserved. 0/10. DISGUSTING THE FOOD AND WORKERS! I waited in an empty line for 15 mins and beeped to get someone?s attention and the worker came... outside to confront me? He went off on me and I drove up to the window after and told me you can go somewhere else and get yourchicken at another Popeyes! He was the Manager here and was extremely rude and confrontational. It was the worst service ever, I know good customer service when I see it, and this today was by far the worst, nothing I... ordered was right, now I do understand mistakes happen but as an employee own up to it take responsibility and try and make itright. The rice and beans were like clay it was not edible at all. I honestly didn?t want to go back up to the counter onlybecause I would have been greeted with attitude and unprofessional customer service. I will never eat from this location ever.And another thing there was a guy in the back sweeping up once he was done he put the broom away to the side and proceeded tomix chicken with his bare hands without even washing, I watching this as it?s happening ???? that is cross contamination whichcan make people sick. The people working here are so pleasant it makes for a great visit, and counting the fact that she loaded me up with my choice... of chicken pieces for my 5 PC two can dine for 11.99 deal, I couldn't give it less than the 5 stars it deserves! Notice that wewere here last week also! Arghhhh! They keep track of those things! It's a great place for some delicious chicken, the Cajungravy alone is worth the trip, it was fabulous as always. This place is the absolute worst. They are constantly out of everything, everything inside and out is dirty and disgusting. The... person working the window literally looks like he crawled out from the fryer he was so greasy I can?t imagine him handling myfood.
