I created a rewards account, and ordered from the South Dale Mabry Popeyes last night for me and my wife. I waited 5 minutes... before driving down there. It was probably 20+ minutes after ordering when I got to the window. My wife ordered nuggets andslaw. The man at the window said they were out of slaw, and then said the did not have any nuggets cooked. Strange. I ordereda minimum of 20 minutes earlier. I had to pull around the building and wait while they cooked my food. To be fair, the guy atthe window could not be any nicer. Extremely friendly and apologetic. The manager came out to my car with the food when it wasfinally ready about 10-15 minutes later, and she could also not have been any nicer. I've had extremely rude people wait on meat this drive-through in the past, but the staff there last night was super friendly. I just think there needs to be bettercommunication and logistics between people who are ordering online and the store. If I order something, and have to drive tothe restaurant to pick it up, it should always be ready when I arrive. If the store is out of an item, there should be a wayfor that to be dropped from the menu until it's back in stock. Finally, the spicy chicken breast was way overcooked and tough. Popeyes should hire some executives away from Chick-fil-A to help create a better experience across the country at Popeyesstores. Read more
We ordered in the drive through and it took 30 minutes to get our food, ended up missing items, so my partner goes inside to... get the order fixed, and there's 3 people, but only the one guy is doing work, while the two women in the back were chatting andnot getting work done. Received the worst customer?s service by the girl who was working drive through on 7/28 at 8:30 pm. I went through the drive... thru to order food. When I there, I was greeted with an attitude. I asked politely for a minute to look at the menu since Iwasn?t sure of what to get. She gave me an attitude. Mind you there was no one in line behind me nor was there anyone in therestaurant so it?s not like they were busy. I then told her I was ready to order. I asked for a family meal. She asked me aquestion and I couldn?t hear her so I asked her to repeat herself. You can clearly hear it in her voice she was annoyed butrepeated herself. I still couldn?t hear her and I thought she asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I said no thank you I didn?tneed any sauce. She yelled at me and said ?No! I said sides like the 2 sides it comes with!? I then told her never mind. Ididn?t want to order from somewhere where I?m being given constant attitude and drove away. I don?t suggest anyone go here. Thisis not the first time I?ve been given Attitude at this location but this time it was far worse. Take your money where you aregreeted with kindness rather than attitude. This girl clearly lacks training and is miserable in her job serving others. I willnever go to that location again. Read more
Thought ok chicken, haven't had it in a long time. Eight piece box two of each piece. Didn't ask for all one kind. There was no... legs one breast three wings and the rest thighs. It was fried so hard the coating was like chewing gravel. Biscuits, stale. Warmonly because of the heat from the overcooked chicken. And it isn't cheap or even a reasonable price. What you see in this picture is a regular side of red beans and rice. The container is just slightly larger than my coaster for... my coffee table and the portion of the container that actually holds the food is only 1 in deep and is not completely full. Just got my mobile order and this is the presentation. Why throw one of the sides in the box with the chicken, on top and open... causing it to spill everywhere? Unprofessional and apparently the employees here give zero fcks. And sold this dry chicken ontop of that. Please do better!! Read more
WOW is all I can say! Food is fresh and hot! Customer service is clutch! Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I?ve... been too, and my go to spot for chicken! Best Popeyes I?ve been to hands down and I can fairly say that as I?ve been to severallocations in different states due to traveling. Couldn?t ask for anything else! This was my first time in life that I've had Popeyes. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, was so very good! The fast food... restaurant was clean and the people working there, really nice. It's very rare that I eat fast food but I will definitely beback. Read more
