I work by this location and it is always a gamble to get food from here. Today, the Sweet tea is disgustingly sweet. The chicken... is old and stale even though I went an hour after they opened. Good food overall but the wait time sucks. Went during early part of a dinner rush and was told 20min wait for chicken, their... signature item. Their pricing on the specials kinda stinks. A family meal of chicken on special for $15.99 but if you add porkit's an extra $10. The normal price for a chicken family meal is $20.99. Kinda bogus on their part. We ordered dinner from the QR code on the website. Great experience amazing customer service! Well executed franchise. Tbey... asked us what sauces we want the young woman specified they didn?t have the crispy Cuban that day so we could change withoutwaiting for the order to be finished. Really top notch. I have passed this place literally a thousand times and always wanted to stop and so I finally did. The chicken was great it... almost tastes like rotisserie but it's grilled. The manager was very helpful in getting our the way we wanted it however thefood was kind of average. They only have black beans and white and yellow rice which was good but I prefer red beans. There wasa lot to choose from on the menu, however nobody at my table finished their plate! Read more
The people there are very nice they try to help as much as they can we observed at least 14 crew members plus a manager the wait... was about 15 to 20 minutes which is a little long and then they were out of items weren't sure who got what lot of confusion soI think the staff needs to be retrained as well as the manager because it really wasn't that busy and lots of people standingaround doing a lot of nothing which could have made it a more streamlined process for all the customers waiting like us. Foodquality was about average everything tasted very starchy if that makes sense... Hopefully things get better thanks good luck. Read more
This was a very sub par experience. The customer service was great BUT... I ordered a 1/4 chicken white meat with beans and... rice. The chicken was super bony and almost meatless. It was a poor cut almost as if they were trying to save money by cuttingit at a strange angle. I have never seen a chicken breast cut like that with those kind of bones it it. No beans with the ricebut the manager did bring some for me so that was good. I'm still hungry so I am finishing my pringles in the car. This is thelocation in North Tampa near or on Del Mabry. Food was good. Portions were a little smaller than they have been in the past. They got rid of the drink bar and condiment bar.... But food was very tasty. Just watched there was a little bit more. Read more
