Now that we're all getting back into the office, finding a place for a lunch that will keep you going through the work day is... really important. My lunch from Pokeworks is doing just that! I went into the restaurant in International Plaza, and the peopleworking there were so incredibly nice and attentive. The food was good too, fish was fresh with lots of customization options,including how much sauce you want. I like it saucy, so I went heavy on the Sweet Chili Gochujang, and it was really good! Thisplace also has great Veg options, and their tofu has a great texture. So, if you work in the area, and you're looking for ahealthy meal that's a little different, head to the mall, get some sun, then get some poke. It'll be a perfect Monday :) Read more
Very delicious and fresh poké. I loved the variety of teas and ordering was very easy.
Pros: Fresh fast poke bowls with tofu, fresh raw salmon and tuna or cooked chicken or shrimp options. Seaweed imitation crab,... green onions, Mild and not overly sweet sauce. Team assembles bowls quickly. Many fruity drink options. Cons: loud poundingmusic is hardly relaxing or Hawaiian. Only 3 dirty small tables to sit at and few options nearby in mall close by to eat. I came in the other day, and no one greeted me at all. It seemed like the other workers were busy flirting with female... customers. After standing around a while waiting by myself, awkwardly the only person who spoke to me was Amber. She was warm,kind, and friendly and asked me what I wanted. I?m a first time customer, so she recommended that I build my own bowl. She wentthrough and explained the offerings, and I have to say that is what customer service is about-patience and kindness. Not aboutgetting phone numbers on the clock. I will be back in the future as the salmon was fresh, and I felt like the portions wereadequate for what you pay for. Next time I?ll try the sushi burrito, as I saw it was quite popular. Read more
