Haven't eaten pizza hut in about 10 years and let me tell you , haven't missed it. Now I see why I don't crave it anymore,... nasty, just plain nasty. Worst customer service I?ve ever got ! she called twice I picked up the second time she said she was outside I came out and... apologized and she said ? everyone wants to order pizza but no one wants to answer.? Also called and spoke with the manager andshe was also rude I asked her for a moment when she asked me for my phone number and she replied ?it?s your phone number youdon?t know your own number?? This the pizza hut I always order from and some how always have a problem with my order . Today was the worst I made an online... order to my job and it was suppose to only be 35 minutes to get the pizza , they gave us a time we would have it but it actuallygot there almost an hour later . We missed our lunch time so we had to eat a cold pizza and very quickly. The delivery guy wassuper nice but the ladies at the store were not helpful at all . Read more
If you want your pizza at night time pick it up yourself or don?t order at all. One the delivery drive can?t find address & two... they are either closed at nighttime ?due to short staff? or they will call you to tell you they are not accepting new orders. Ifthat?s the case why are staff even scheduled to come in and sit around if they are closed due to short staff? And if you canfulfill orders fast enough maybe turn off your online ordering website. Anyways if you ever want pizza here pick it up yourselfor go in the morning/evening the night team is not going to bring it to you. Read more
Pan pizza isn't the same anymore... looks, tastes and feel like the hand tossed. Not worth the extra money anymore. Had the... pizza remade because it was hand tossed and then the newly made "pan" pizza came out almost the exact same. Sad days for pizzahut... Read more
