The food is good, but papa johns has just gotten so cheap. They've increased their prices while cutting costs by giving you less... food. Completely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Handled money payment and then proceeded to make a pizza without washing their hands or putting on... gloves. When I confronted the staff member, her response was " your are right ". This was only the beginning. When I got home,I realized that they had gotten my order wrong. When I called and talked to the manager and complained, she disrespected meand told me that I would have to come back to the store together another pizza even though they have a delivery service. Iexplained that I am a disabled veteran and that I was unable to come back to their store. She stated that she would deliver it.I waited for almost two hours and no pizza .when I called back a new manager on duty stated that the previous manager hadcanceled the order. Disrespected my husband a war hero disabled veteran the store manager and associate for on truthful they have no communication... the manage of food was unhealthy they were touching the food without washing their hand while they were managing money onsanitizing they gave the wrong order and when we called to tell them or it was wrong they promised they were going to give itcorrect order and delivered to us an hour and a half later they said they couldn't the manager got nasty and a hour later shedidn't reply or call back I called again the other manager assistant manager she said they voided transaction did not reply andsaid that she didn't care full corporate or talk to the owner that he would be there at 10:00 in the morning untrustworthycorporate never again should anybody by here any type of food associated and managers need better training better communicationand have fair to trust for anybody to keep working here in the store should be shut down completely and the department of healthshould be investigating this store from the store managers to all the assistant manager need better people skills becauseeverything that's going on in the world with the pandemic and people not having a job they need to hire better associates andbetter management that want to work again the department of health need to shut down this store Read more

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Hunter and the team at this Papa John?s. Tonight is my Brothers birthday. No one wants... to celebrate his day, everyone is working and no one has time to spend with him. I waited for one hour and a half to end up eating an overcooked and cold pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni as the ad... showed for the New York Pizzas style and it was given to me with only cheese on it. Ordered some wings using their app. First off, app was very easy to use. $6 for 6 wings, about the going rate for this type of... fare. Second, the wings were made very quickly and were ready to go ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly when I showed upto pick up my food. They have good Covid precautionary measures implemented to protect all parties. Chicken wings weredelicious. Plenty of parking to boot. Will definitely consider next time I need more wings. Read more
