My pizza was delivered and it was a mess it look as if they dropped it and still came to deliver it. The cheese and meat was... everywhere but on the pizza. My bf took the pizza back to the store to let them know about the pizza. When he asked for it to beremade the young lady ask ?do you want us to remake it?. I?m not sure the policy but common sense should tell you to remakeit. A few weeks ago I ordered pizza for delivery and it was taking a very long time. I decided to just go to the store to get mypizza once a hour had past. When I came in the store they seem so unbothered and could care less about me picking up a deliveryorder. The same young lady was there and just looked at me like whatever and kept working. The service has went down and I hopethat improves. Upper management needs to stress to the employees the importance of showing genuine concern when it comes tosatisfying guests. I?m not sure if this will be taken seriously but I can?t keep letting this restaurant slide. I understandevery business has there issues but it order to get better you have to know what?s not going right and the recovery is horribleat this restaurant. Read more
I ordered pizza from here and thought I paid online but put cash. I didn't realize until it was delivered but Eric who delivered... my pizza was great! He went above and beyond and helped me sort it out. It's been a stressful week and his help and patiencemeant a lot! Thank you! Read more
Use to be great. Not anymore. Placed a pick up was quoted 50-60 min. Pizza was done in tracker in 15 min. Get there the box was... left open to let pizza get cold. Cashier was rude and had bad attitude. No other pizza were waiting and 3 drivers were their sono reason for long quote but to discourage business. Also threw extra sauce in the middle of pizza and not to the side! Read more
10 out of 10, I just had the best delivery experience of my life, my food was delivered on time, everything I asked for was... there and all of my delivery instructions were followed to the letter. My delivery driver Ashley was prompt, and courteous. Youcould just sense the positive energy rolling off of her; could feel and hear her smiling behind her mask. Hands down bestinteraction I've had with another human being. She made the experience less awkward, I will be ordering from here again. Youguys should hire more drivers like her. Read more
It sucks that I can't give this location a -10 for service and quality. This is the 3rd terrible experience with this location... so now I will complain. I order from Papa John's at least 3 times a month and only use this location when my pizza is delivered.Tonight I ordered a large cheese pizza and 6 chicken wings. I called because I wanted my wings crispy (I do this every timebecause there is not a option online) and they lady who answered a said "hold on" the proceeded to place me on hold for 9minutes. I mean wow! When she picked up, she hung up on me and so I called right back and asked her if she could modify myorder, she asked what I want and I replied "do you know which order is mine" she replied "yes _____(my name)" I asked to have mywings crispy. She replied that it would take an additional 45 minutes for delivery and then we waited an additional hour and 15minutes. When our food arrived, they were asked to call before knocking so they don't disturb our baby and knocked loudly.Didn't follow the instructions that EVERY other pizza place reads and follows. Then gave us cold pizza and I kid you not soggyburnt unedible wings. I attached a photo of the wings. Y'all don't eat here. I will literally be contacting the corporate officeabout the service and food. Highly dissatisfied. This place is an embarrassment to Papa John's name. Read more
I was very disappointed, as this was my very first time visiting a Papa John's. I ordered a pizza for pickup using the online... ordering tool. Everything about the online process was perfect. My opinion quickly changed once I entered the store and wascompletely ignored. There were two employees standing at the counter as I sat and waited patiently. About three minutes into mywait, the two employees were then joined by a third employee. Neither employee acknowledged my presence, as it seemed whateverproblem they were experiencing was much more important than a customer waiting on an order. After a few minutes, I stood up andstarted to approach the counter, still appearing to be invisible to the three employees at the counter. As I stood at thecounter waiting, a young man in the rear finally noticed me and handed me my pizza which had been sitting on the counter readythe whole time I was waiting in the store. To say this will be the last time that I patronize this pizza chain would be anunderstatement. Read more
