I ordered through the app, which was easy. Unfortunately everyone discovered that hidden gem method, and the kitchen is... overwhelmed by mobile rather than in person orders. Love French Onion Soup! And I just learned they have a coffee program where you pay like $10 per month for free refills on hot... or cold coffee!!! I will definitely be looking into this! Read more
Though am I am fan of the Panera menu, this location is abhorrent. It has awful customer service (they can never answer... questions about the menu and are overall unhelpful), and they never fail to ruin my order (i.e. burn it, cross contaminate itwith another menu item, or seemingly serve it past its expiration date). Tonight, there was a fly in my son?s (to go) salad. Iliterally can?t even imagine how that would happen. This place is run by teenagers and needs a real grown up to step in. I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea... and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees atthis particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I?ve worked at other Panera?s in the Tampa area and I have notexperienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I?ve received today. Read more
I love Panera and after moving near USF this was the closest one to me. I?m a Panera regular so I go here frequently... and... after a few months of coming here multiple times a week, this is the absolute worst Panera I?ve ever been to. They mess my orderup at least once a week, they are consistently out of food items, the bakery items are stale, and the customer service ishorrible! The only people that are considerate and actually seem like they know what they are doing are the managers and shiftleaders. This location is ruining Panera for people! Read more
The Panera bread at the MSC at USF is where it?s at. Tania, one of the employees, never fails to cheer me up and ask me about my... day. Tania is essentially the light within Panera bread, as I can?t imagine myself coming to eat as often if she weren?t there.Best service, even better personality! Read more
The place is inside the Marshall Student Center. Staff members are very friendly (especially the senior ones). The place gets... super packed at peak hours. There is plenty of room for the coffee taste to improve. Read more
