Terrible from the minute we walked in the door. Young lady seating us started to take us to the bar. My husband told her we... prefer not to sit in the bar and we would like a booth. She takes us to a small two person table. I say ?apparently there is acommunication problem?. She takes us to a booth, slams the menus and silverware down and walks off. We ordered a special calledTasmanian which was Steak and Nashville Hot Shrimp, server did say it was hot. So that was on us. Several issues with wrong sideetc but it was actually too spicy hot to eat. We left 3/4 on plate, paid the bill and left. So without further details it is ourlast time at this restaurant. Whole experience was horrible from start to finish. Seating, service and food. In this economy $64is too much to pay for this type of food service and attitude. Read more

I will tell you what!! Ashlee was so great as our server! She was so nice and was able to just treat me and my daughters... amazing! She is second to none! That is how any type of waitress should be! She even made a friend with my girls! They lovedher! Read more

Excellent service. Excellent steak. Abby is outstanding. Gabriel, Javier, Marisa the list of servers who are excellent goes on... and on. Will continue to come back time and time again as long as the service stays just as magnificent. Read more

So far 25 minutes in no waiter and not even a drink?.unacceptable. Should have a drink waiter. update?.ok changed this from a... one to 4? the staff stepped it up big time and made this a great experience?Very much appreciated! Read more

I've always been a fan of the chain but this last experience has definitely put a dent in their reputation with me. Did the... online waitlist and arrived, the parking at this location can be scarce at times but I noticed on the side of the building wherethey had all the curbside take out spots from the last 2 years, they had removed the signs from 4 of the spaces. I parked thereand was met by a young employee who asked if we had a take out order, to which I replied no, and was met with "well you can'tpark there." At that point there was already a car parked next to me in the same type spot with nobody in it. Wasn't worth theargument so they lost a frequent customer that night for good. Read more

No bread, couldn't get ketchup, server was very obviously undertrained but the worst part of it all, not once did a manager come... out into the restaurant, even when the table next to us had food sent back & items off the bill, even when we decided to leavewithin 2 minutes of getting the bill, I'm not blaming the server, he was very apologetic & overwhelmed. We were trying to celebrate a friend's birthdays 3 days before hurricane Ian. Host said it would be a 15 minute wait for a table... they only had one wait staff. 45 minutes later we still had not been seated. Ask when we would be seated and the host said. I'm sorry, no other wait staff is coming in it may be another hour before we can seat you. We went elsewhere. Read more
