Amazing first experience, I love the atmosphere, the staff was friendly and attentive, including our waitress who also had great... recommendations! Bbq short ribs were on point. Octopus salad was tasty and well balanced in flavor. I really loved the gianttuna roll appetizer! At first it was a bit awkward to pick up and bite into it, but I didn't realize how soft and buttery thetuna was. Perfect pairing with the crunch inside, I added a bit of Sriracha to give it a little extra kick. Both the Bonsairoll and Out of Control rolls were fresh, along with the sashimi pieces. No fishy taste! Escolar is my go to sashimi choice.Pair this meal with some hot sake and your set! I am definitely excited to come back and try more things on the menu! Read more
