This rating is not based on any food consumed......just some feedback on my experience. I drove by this place looking for... something to eat. The building has a list of food across the top. First impression was "dont go in" as no one can specialize inall those foods. I did go in. I was even more confused as there are several counters to order from but no signage as to whatfood is served at each counter. I found that there are several businesses operating. So you wonder around trying to determinewho serves bbq, who serves pizza, who serves asian!!! I was ready to walk out when the owner of Sarges Bbq Ken helped us andexplained the layout. Weate at his place and had a great meal. THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME SIGNS INSIDE AND OUT!!!!! The names ofthese businesses need to go up inside and outside. You are losing customers. NoHo Junction Food Court is officially open in North Hyde Park. Located at 1500 W. Cass St., the new concept houses eight... vendors with a variety of cuisines. The food court is now home to Royal Palace serving up Asian street food, Sarge's SmokehouseBBQ, Taco Train and Franchetti's Pizzeria offering up build-your-own pizzas, sandwiches and pasta. There's also a NoHo Delithat is preparing sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. Junction Juice will be an in-house a juice bar that also creates acai bowls.Ice Cream Cookies will handle dessert by serving up malt shakes, alongside R&R's Donuts & Coffee. Just opened a few days ago, so it looks like there is still some work going on. The friendly young lady greeted me and asked if... it was my 1st time, and since it was, she gave me a quick rundown. I went for the bbq because they had mac n cheese bites ????.Everything I ordered (pulled smoked chicken, mac n cheese bites, and garlic parm fries) from the BBQ place was DELISH. Seatingis very limited so I took mine to go. Hopefully they add more seating. I can definitely see this becoming a younger crowdhangout, especially since they have a large TV in the seating area. Recently opened food court at the corner of Cass and Oregon streets. While they could use some more seating and are working on... the usual opening chaos, the food was great! We tried the pizza, crab rangoon and a burger for lunch and are planning to comeback to try Sarge's BBQ for dinner. We are excited this place is finally open in walking distance to our home. Not to sure what to make of this place. We opted for BBQ To Go on a Sunday evening. BBQ was offered by Sarge's and was... delicious save for the weird baked beans. The parm fries, Mac & cheese, wings, ribs and beef brisket were all very good toexcellent as was the sweet sauce that is included. Can't speak to the other venues for the best we could tell they were allclosed. Perhaps they are open on different days/hours. The building could use a coat of paint, better exterior lighting andsignage . Read more
