Phenomenal experience! Byron our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. The hospitality was top notch; from the hosts to... the server, to the management. The food was outstanding, tried multiple items from the shared plates, sashimi, hot items, andtheir desserts. (The panna cotta literally blew my mind.) The food also came out surprisingly quick. Great food! Overall good experience?$15 per person for the reservation which was okay but know of no other place actually doing... that in the Tampa Bay area and we go to a lot of places. I get it because of the such small place. We were seated at a table andasked for a booth they said we needed a reservation for a booth, we pulled up our reservation and said there?s no where that itsays it needs to be specified. Once we sat down they said we could have a booth for 90min before a reservation comes in whichwas no problem because we had plans but still it was weird. Our server I believe was Tyler or Rachael , she was amazing! Knewthe menu fully and was so knowledgeable and nice! Everything she recommended we got was amazing and kept ordering more!!!! Shewas just truly phenomenal and we let the manager know who also she was very nice too!!! The server was the best part of theexperience! The food was just amazing! Totally worth it!!! We will be back! It is quite pricey but we found out they fly all thefish in fresh from a market in Tokyo every 24hrs I believe she said! From a fish market there! Wow! We will go back!!!!! The food tasted amazing and had real wasabi but we decided to do the chef experience and left hungry. For $150 per person I... expected to not want more food but, the entire experience was the equivalent of one sushi roll, literally 9 small bites. If youbreak it down it?s about $16 per bite. The experience did not include a pairing with drinks. We ended up going to jotoroafterwards because we were so hungry. To make the experience worth the price I would recommend doubling the amount of food. Toput things into perspective I usually eat two rolls at any other sushi restaurant and leave full. Read more
Each course were amazing, chefs and servers were great. I liked the vibe a lot, and the drinks were good. Only thing for me was... that no one said the last course was actually the last course and didn't even say a few words like "we hoped you enjoyed thisexperience and hope to see you again." We have been wanting to try this place out for date night. The fish is fantastic and high quality. This is not your typical... mediocre sushi place. We also had the ramen and it was probably the best broth we have ever had. We recommend this place andwould definitely come here again.
