Cold rubbery chicken, limp and soggy egg rolls, rangoons were like biting into a brick. Could not even choke down half of a... plate of food before feeling bloated and getting bubble guts. Spent $18 a person just for us to be fighting over the toiletbefore we even made it home. Currently painting the toilet with diarrhea as i'm writing this. Very expensive and the "all you can eat" is a gimmick... Didn't really eat much. My 8 year old daughter didnt eat but some wings... was billed way too much $$$ for two small kids a teen and two adults. I had water to drink. This is crazy I should have went toa expensive 5 star restaurant with that kind of money. Read more
The absolute worst food in my life and the worst service. The waitress stood over me while I was writing the tip and then... snatched from me a screamed two dollars and slammed the receipt back on the table . I felt so embarrassed everyone was lookingat me . I gave her two dollars because the service was awful. I ask for a refill on my coke and she never gave it to me I had norefills at all just the one time serving of coke. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THEM !! Read more
The staff here are very rude and lack any customer service skills. My son went there for lunch and was eating when he noticed it... was a bug in his food, so he took the food back and ask for a refund. He asked to speak to the manager and was told that themanager wouldn't be back for 30days. So instead of doing the right thing and give the money back, the staff argued back andforth with my son while we on the phone with him. I don't normally write reviews about restaurants, but when dealing with thepublic there are certain ways to handle situations and they apparently don't know how to. I rarely write a "bad" review ... but this place definitely warrants one. My friend and I decided to eat at this place since it... is close to where she works. We arrived a few minutes before the lunch changes to dinner (not planned this way), and were veryfirmly told that it would be the dinner price even though we arrived during the time of the lunch price. Ummm ... okay ...that's fine. Food was just mediocre at best. Tasted "old." We had to ask for our water to be refilled twice. We also had toask for napkins twice (as they don't keep them on the table). My friend's plate was picked up before she was done eating. Ihave never had such rude service in any restaurant in Tampa. We felt very unwanted. There are just too many other places toeat to warrant giving my business to this establishment ever again. I would never recommend. Read more
Good food but expensive for small buffet dinner was $14. lunch special price would be more fitting for the restaurant $10. Only... charge $4. for young children to eat. Read more
Definitely not worth $88.25 for a family of five at 2:00 p.m. food left a lot to be desired. No refills on drinks were ever... offered. Definitely will not be returning. Read more
