The 3 meat platter was awesome. The brisket was juicy but not fatty at all. I also enjoyed the Mac & cheese. Honestly, the meat... is clearly of higher quality than BBQ restaurants in general. Great place for New York style barbecue; start with the 2 item option, ribs and pulled pork. For sides, get the Brussel sprouts... and baked beans. Delicious! They were out of Mac n cheese during our 2nd visit so call ahead .. ! No liquor yet .. boo Read more
Very good food with a very distinctive smoke flavor. The meats and sides were quite good. The pickled vegetables are a unique... and welcome touch. The portions were ample and may even make for a second meal if you can resist the temptation to eat it all inone sitting. Read more
Burnt ends were not my favorite, but the brisket was good: smoked and not dried out. Also had the pulled pork, which was on... point. My favorite was the Mac and cheese fritters. Read more
This is a cafeteria style barbeque restaurant with a nice seating area. They have delicious meats, sides, and a good beer... selection. They offer complimentary pickled vegetables and coleslaw, which all pairs so well with barbeque. The burnt ends werefattier than I like but the brisket was very good. They had brussel sprouts as a special side option and they were amazing. Thesweet potato casserole was perfect. Read more
Very tender brisket, great burned ends baked beans, and very good fries. The location was great and very smokey, if you eat in... the restaurant you will come out all smoked up so if you did not take anything home, they will know you ate without them. Read more
First the items: Mac and Cheese/St Louis Ribs/Chicken/Bread Pudding/Baked Beans w/ Burnt Ends/Corn Fritters/ Review: LOVED the... chicken!!!! Baked Beans were good, different but true to the culture.. Ribs were cooked too long and weren?t falling out thebone, taste was decent! Mac and Cheese was THICKK and the taste was okay. Corn fritter needs more corn, but the breading wasgood! Bread pudding was great. Overall: one of the BEST franchise BBQ spot out here!
