Everytime I order from here, it's angry attitudes and terrible food. Only recieved half of my order and what I did receive was... wrong and cold. I literally just ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich add pickle. After being given a regular crispy chicken sandwich they... had to make it right and get me a deluxe. I just got home with my sandwich and it is a regular crispy chicken sandwich not adeluxe. I will be going down tomorrow to have this fixed. If all goes well I?ll change this review. Read more
WOW. STAY AWAY. Seven times I had to repeat myself for a sausage McMuffin with egg meal. A Diet Coke instead of the coffee that... comes with it. The order taker did not speak English fluently. Their credit card machine was down. And the picture of the ladyin this review through the tinted window was the rudest woman I?ve ever spoke to at a McDonald?s. She actually tried to keep mydebit card. Then when I asked her for it she said she was giving it back to me with the ketchup that she forgot to give me. Ordered two burgers and large fries via delivery. Driver brought it pretty quick and left just as quick. When I opened the... sealed bags. One burger wasn't even fully wrapped and large fry was only half full. So I call. I explained what happened. Shesays get the driver to bring it back to replace. I told her the driver left already. She said "Ok..." Then says "Hello?" Like Isupposed to say something instead of them telling me how they were going to make it right. She insisted I call the driver backto do another delivery for the food they messed up. How is that even right to expect the driver to use their time and gas forMcDonald's mistake?? But I asked how is that a satisfactory resolution to wait an hour on top of what I waited for french fries.I asked why not make a note and make it right another day. She let me know that's all they're willing to work with. I saidthat's F'd up and ended the call. But as I was hanging up you could hear her make that extra effort to sound super sarcasticallycheerful with what I guess was going to be "have a goodnight" but I couldn't waste another second on that lost cause.
