Ordered two burgers and large fries via delivery. Driver brought it pretty quick and left just as quick. When I opened the... sealed bags. One burger wasn't even fully wrapped and large fry was only half full. So I call. I explained what happened. Shesays get the driver to bring it back to replace. I told her the driver left already. She said "Ok..." Then says "Hello?" Like Isupposed to say something instead of them telling me how they were going to make it right. She insisted I call the driver backto do another delivery for the food they messed up. How is that even right to expect the driver to use their time and gas forMcDonald's mistake?? But I asked how is that a satisfactory resolution to wait an hour on top of what I waited for french fries.I asked why not make a note and make it right another day. She let me know that's all they're willing to work with. I saidthat's F'd up and ended the call. But as I was hanging up you could hear her make that extra effort to sound super sarcasticallycheerful with what I guess was going to be "have a goodnight" but I couldn't waste another second on that lost cause.
