(10/03/22 11:30pm) Terrible experience. Why have twin drive thrus open if you're short staffed. I sat in the second lane for 7... minutes as 6 cars go by in the first lane. They don't give receipts. My burger and fries from the drive thru was already cold.Terrible, terrible experience all around. I won't be back. Why read back my order if you don?t want to fix it? The lady taking my order accidentally left off a sandwich- I corrected it... with the first window and was told ? you?re not aloud to change your order because it holds me back next time you?re going tohave to go back around? the lady had a real attitude I was shocked, keep in mind it?s 6 am and no one is in line in front ofbehind us. I usually enjoy coming to this McDonald?s because the food, for the most part, is fresh. However, the last few weeks every... single time there has been an issue, either the ice cream machine is ?down?, they are out of Coca Cola, & my favorite lately, ifyou want a midnight snack definitely skip this location. You will sit at the drive thru until you eventually pull up to thewindow because although it is a 24 hr location, they don?t wear headsets so they don?t take your order. Once my order was corrected it was good, although I came inside to get my drive thru mobile order fixed and was left standing... with my incorrect sandwich at the counter for a couple minutes. Looked at and walked past a couple times. Then I heard some foullanguage coming from the kitchen. It took another 3 minutes to get my corrected sandwich once it was taken back to be remade.Then as it was handed back to the manager to give me the crew member said, "should have ordered a double hamburger instead of adouble cheeseburger without cheese!".... well I'm sorry but that wasn't available with the deal of the day on the mobile app. Read more
This store is an ABSOLUTE joke ??????????? After spending 15 minutes on the drive-through lane waiting to place an order, I had... to get out of it and come inside to be able to, only to find out that the place is literally empty. I ordered a plain burger and politely emphasized at the window to please have it well done as well. The box my burger came in... literally says well done and plain on it, but the burger inside has toppings and pink in the middle. Cmon. Not even worth thegas it takes to drive there Read more
