First off the individuals, on several occasions, running the order line have no idea what they're doing. I have been in both... lines and had the other line have 2-3 cars go through leaving me sitting there waiting. Then the order is almost never takencorrectly, I always have to correct my order when I get to the window. By the time I get my food at the 2nd window it alwaystakes 15-25 min. This is the worst McDonald's operation I have ever seen. Read more
I was picking up a DoorDash order the line was so backed up I waited over 20 mins for the order causing the pick up to be late.... The manager which was a Hispanic was very rude she rolled her eyes and had an attitude once I got to the window. Also, theyshould have a better system someone should be handing out orders through the door or another window. With all that said sheneeds a coaching because she was very rude. Read more
This is my neighborhood McDonald?s for the last 20 years plus. Horrible customer service. They are sending out double... cheeseburgers with one patty and making a big deal about us turning around and coming back to fix our order. I suggest a newmanager with better customer service because mistakes do happen. My receipt is correct my order was incorrect she thought it wasfunny and was disrespectful. Went to drive through. The customer service was unsatisfactory. The ability of the employees to correctly price an order... ridiculous. Got double charged for two double cheeseburger meals.
