Ordered a two cheeseburger meal on the app in the drive thru. Came home one of my burgers was missing a patty, called the store... and told the manager and I kindly asked for app compensation or a instore refund. The response I got was ? I can?t help you withthe app? and she then hung up immediatley. So yeah thanks for my cheese sandwich advertised as a burger. Clowns. Avoid thislocation. Read more
They are ok with drive thru service but do not care at all with dine in service. I normally just go thru drive thru but had to... use restroom. Went in and I was the only person at the counter. Nobody behind me and no one came to me for like 10 minuteseventually had to yell hello I?m over here. Can you take my order and they were like put your own order in the kiosk and I waslike it?s not working please take my order. It wasn?t working . they took my order, it took another 25 minutes to get it andonly because I had to yell for service and ask where my order was and other people were standing behind me for like 20 minutesfor them to get their order. Totally unacceptable. This is not the first time this is happened. They seem to think only drivethru important. If that is all you care about close your dining room. Not to mention my order was a to go order anyway. Let?snot mention that had cold fries and after waiting 35 minutes they gave me cold food and cups for my order I had to fill. I ordered food here on 11/5 between 6:35pm and 6:45pm and the man working the order window was extremely rude. His tone was... condescending and my order was incorrect. I?ve never had a McDonald?s experience bad enough to write a review until today. I?vedealt with the same guy before at this McDonald?s and it?s always a negative experience. The worst McDonalds ever. I walked my three grandchildren over there today to get lunch. ( We live across the street). All of... the doors were locked. I walked to the window and was told that they are closed because they don't have enough people to work. Iwas already frustrated with them because they have a play place with a lit up sign advertising it. Yet it's locked and shut downand I was told it's been shut down for several years. I won't go back. I ordered a big Mac, what I got was a double cheeseburger. There was a dot of sauce and like two strands of lettuce. So... dissapointed. It wasn't just mine, we ordered two both like that. We ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard and received nohoney mustard. Read more
I would recommend stopping at this location for a quick breakfast, brunch/lunch, dinner, and/or dessert. For dining in, service... speed is relatively fast overall, the staff are very friendly, and if you're looking to skip a possible wait in line, theelectronic ordering kiosks at this location are open. Table Service is also available here at this location if you're dining in.The drive thru here tends to be busy during lunch hours. Read more
This is the closest McDonald's to me, I've never had a positive experience here and will no longer give anymore money to the... owner who clearly doesn't care. 2 months ago tried to get breakfast. The drive through line was super long and slow. By the timeI got to order, breakfast was over in 10 minutes, that didn't matter to the employee, she didn't care there was still 10 minutesleft and said I could only get lunch... even though I still had 10 minutes left, which would have been 25 minutes if I wasn'tsitting in drive through so long. Just gave this McDonald's another chance and yet again they failed. Long drive through linesand bad food. My chicken deluxe was more of a kids sized portion. The 2 tomatoes were the size of a dime and the sick lettuce ontop was nasty. See picture. The fries were unsalted and under cooked as well.
