So i order one large fries i went inside the store around 8:40 .I had a mobile order just waiting patiently.See i can be patient... during a time but i had one large fries and i ordered a head of time .I was just waiting patiently and i notice a workertalking on the phone talking about relationship or boyfriend or friends or whatever .For me if i am working i am focusing onmy customers and my job. Not my relationship and my friends .I get if its a emergency go to the bathroom or whatever but reallyduring your job and being on FaceTime or call.That is just crazy .I sat there for 20 min for one large fries .Another thing was I get it ,you have those machine where you can order .The guy at the counter couldnt take this mother order like she might notknow how to use it .she was just waiting to order and he was just standing doing nothing and told her to use the machine out ofall the McDonald?s .He couldn't simply take her order .as well if your Stores closes at 9 have someone standing near the storesaying we are only doing drive thru now or just a sign so people wont have to come in.Less work for you less cleaning up.We allhave brains here .Its not my job to tell you what to do .This is just my experience and opinion . We live in a mess up worldeveryone works hard for there money .So i get it but the phone during work doesn?t sit right with me .We have people that workhard and we are hungry we dont have time to watch a teenage or 18 year old be on the phone talking about her relationshipduring work .I know she will be upset if someone did that her ?anyways hope the next times things get better .Have a great restof your day Read more

I've learned to go inside to order in ensure my food is fresh, that I don't feel rushed when it comes to checking my bags and... making sure my food is the way I ordered it. I would say the only flaw is you could be the only customer in there waiting inthe lobby to order and it takes someone 10 minutes to greet you and take your order. Read more
Great service, staff was very polite and brought my food to me while eating in.. you could tell there management did a good... job.. fries were perfect and sweet tea was also excellent.. not all McDonald's perform the same. I drive past van dyke to gohere cause the service is much better in my opinion. Read more
Don't expect service with a smile from the young lady who takes the drive thru orders. I visit regularly and no interaction, no... smile, no thank you. Managers please return to training basic customer service skills. Customers should not be made to feel likea nuisance. Read more
