To spend all of that money remodeling this place and have the sub-standard service is an absolute shame. Everything is always... out of stock, or the ice cream machine is broken, and some of the employees are so taken back when you ask for ketchup. Well, it's been remodeled - totally gutted and rearranged even. It's got the new boxy exterior and an updated two-lane... drivethrough with working digital displays. The drive-through seems ok so far but I've been "parked" a couple of times on mobileorders where other stores almost always have them ready quickly. Shrug. At least they've been more accurate and haven't beenoutright rude yet like past employees were. The interior though? It's updated but it kinda looks like a dark prison cafeterianot the coffee shop look that other stores were updated to. Lots of empty space but then there is a row of booths crammed nextto each other with no dividers. No soda fountain either. Pretty sure the design goal was "eat and get out of here", which isunderstandable, but it's always been empty. At least there are order kiosks now. Read more
The owner of the franchise may have spent thousands of dollars renovating the place, but the service truly falls behind even the... average expectations. They have messed up my order 4 times in a row!! Wow! Time is money. I don't have the time to be lookinginside the bag to see if I got dipping sauce, or napkins, or whether the put the right amount of nuggets. For God's sake, amanager needs to supervise these orders!!! The McDonald's at Wesley Chapel has probably made a couple of mistakes in over 100orders but 4 incorrect orders in a row? There has got to be some way to measure the efficiency of your employees. Send amanager, use a normal standard deviation method and you will see for yourself. People must hate working there! ???????????????????? I changed my ratings from 3 stars (in 2021) to 5 stars (in 2022) for a totally renovated new facility. Very... modern and clean place. I was especially impressed by Assistant manager Van for a great attention to my needs. He suggested anew chicken sandwich and it was very good compared to other chicken sandwiches outlets near my place. Thank you Van and thankyou McDonald's for a wonderful facility near my place. ???????????????????? Read more
honestly if I could give negative stars I would. since it opened I went 3 times the first time was the day they reopened very... bad food I got McChicken's and fries the McChicken's cold and way over cooked like they sat for 10 hours the fires not cooked atall cold soggy and oil like they just put them in cold oil and called them cooked. I decided to go again got the same order andamazingly they are very consistent because I got the same again overcooked cold chicken and uncooked fries. but I decided togive them one more try thinking they just opened maybe it will get better but nope just as bad. dont go to this McDonalds thereis one a little further down the road that actually cooks their food. you are wasting your money if you go here and possiblyrisking food poisoning as well. We stopped by tonight since we noticed this location was finally open after being closed for months due to a total... rebuild/remodel. I guess what was not new was the service and food. Still very slow service and cold food. This location isclose to our home but would rather drive to a different store to get good service and hot food. Read more
Great new building, same terrible service. Broken front door, messy inside, ignored by multiple crew members after waiting... outside for 30 minutes on a curbside. No apologies, missing items, and a smug "well, we lost the ticket" was all I got. Shortstaffing is not an excuse, this place has been UNmanaged for years and somebody just put a lot of lipstick on this pig. Read more
