Very incompetent location ! Raising McDonald's wages has done nothing for the customer but make it worse ! Got stuck at the... restaurant for 40 minutes to pick up an order that they gave to somebody else. And then left me sitting outside the store thewhole time cuz the lobby was closed had to walk up to the window to remind them I was still waiting for my food. Horrificlocation ! Read more
You all can have $15 an hour when I can Get what i pay for. Something as simple as cheese, which I paid For and you guys forgot.... This is normal for McDonalds of course. It?s almost as if each menu price increase is followed by a decrease in customerservice. You guys are asking for more than some paramedics make, the funny part being, if a paramedic ?forgets? their job,people die; but you?re absolutely right, you deserve more. That?s sarcasm by the way. Went yesterday because it was the last day in the app to get a combo new for $6. I RARELY eat at Macdonald's and I decided I... wanted the quarter pd. bacon cheeseburger. The fries were delicious as usual BUT the burger must have been one they decided notto serve someone. It was super thin and burnt. I took pictures of it. It was smashed beyond recognition, had nothing but a TONof onions on it. Very disappointing when I rarely eat a burger out. Read more
Recently moved and this is now my closest McDonald?s and by far the best one I have been too. I went on strike for a while cause... I had a lot of awful experiences at a couple different ones. But this one every one is always so nice and helpful don?t seem tohave bad attitudes as some of the others I have been too. Today Benny was just nice and that?s all that really matters. My sister and I came here in the afternoon to eat here and it was slow. You had to ask for straws because the holder that had... them were empty. I see all the tables that no one are on are dirty with ketchup packets, receipts, lettuce and napkins on it. Awet floor sign yet floor looks dirty so that had to have been mopped only when they opened. When I made an order the cashieremployee was barely paying attention because half of our order were wrong. I'll just order next time for drive thru because atleast they get it right. But it definitely gives you a clear message that they only want you to go to drive thru because theydon't want you in there. Read more
