Called in placed my order. They brought my order it was missing a drink. The delivery guy said not a problem I will bring it... back plus a coupon. I called 30 minutes later and was told that because the right combo was not rung up I would have to pay adelivery charge for their own error. So I'm out a drink I paid for plus the cost of a new drink. How do you make the make themistake and then try to charge the customer for another drink plus a delivery fee. You should read the book give em the pickle. Read more

The manager/ owner of this establishment named Mike is very rude to his employees and cussing them out. I witnessed it first... hand, and no one should be running an establishment like the way he is. If I could give it zero stars then I would! Read more
I really wanted it to be great because it's so close to our new house, but it is just average. I went to order a sub at the... other day and they said we don't have Subs anymore I said why? And he said because they're no longer sending any bread SMH thenwhy are they still on the menu? So I got a small cheese pizza which was decent but nothing fantastic. Read more
I usually love Marco's Pizza. But this afternoon I called to order and the woman was obviously having a very bad day she was... very snarky when she answered and annoyed by taking my order I don't know if it's because she didn't like the fact that she hadto take my order or the fact that I had a code to use. She was not having a good day. Using a cell phone to place my order andbefore the call was through my phone cut her off she called back before I could call her back with a worse attitude than beforeshe was very sassy asking me are you going to pay this with cash or card and when I said a card it got worse so I said you knowwhat I'm just going to cancel this order because and before I could say anything else she hung up on me. Apparently she doesn'twant to work tonight and she doesn't care who gets pizza or not. Good job Marco's, good job Marcos, good job. So as much as my family like Marco's Pizza I probably will not order from this location again especially not for pickup. I was... placing an order that was going to take over an hour to deliver so I decided to do take out since I live 5 minutes away. I gotthere and there was a line of people not being waited on, one guy had his pizza and kept trying to tell the staff he needed topay, there was a girl preparing food in the back with her hair loose, no hair net and no gloves that kept scratching her head!!!After waiting 15 minutes I finally walked up to the counter and told the kid that my food was sitting there and I'd like to payand go. He was so rude, no hello, no I'm sorry you waited so long, no thank you!!! I had to tell him how much he lacked simplecourtesy. It was horrible! Very bad management that night and Very unfortunate!!! Just ordered 2 pizza?s with drinks. Went and picked up my order. The pizza?s were fresh & hot. The staff was very nice and... quick to give me my order. DJ took my order and was very friendly and even though he was new to the job, if he didn?t know theanswer, he placed me on hold and got the answer. The manager on duty was also very pleasant and professional. I will go backagain! Read more
