Little Caesars honored veterans day with some great "Detroit style" deep dish pizza and a 20 oz. drink. I called ahead and... although the advertisement said from 11:00 to 2:00, they honored the appreciation meal well after 2:00. The pizza was great. Read more
As I was walking inside the store, I saw a Hispanic female who was preparing pizza putting cheese and pepperoni and she saw me... walking in so she came up to me and said what would I like and I asked for a pepperoni pizza and I payed cash and she returnedmy change so she walks away and continues to make the pizza. She did NOT wash her hands. She continued to put pepperoni andcheese on the pizzas then a phone call came in on her cellphone and she answered and again kept preparing pizza. NEVER ONCE DIDSHE WASH HER HANDS! Other employees as well never washed their hands. other customers kept coming in and same she handled cashand kept making pizza without washing her hands. SO GROSS! Absolutely terrible ??????? Walked in, young African American male "greets" me by blankly staring at me. I said "hi, I'd like... one of those hot and ready pepperoni pizzas", clerk stares at me for a few seconds, then turns around and screams "I needchange!" Manager (?) walks up, looks in drawer, which only contains $10 dollar bills and a few coins (at 7pm on a Fridaynight!!!!). Manager screams to entire team (and guests), "Exact change or cards only!!". Both Manager and team member turn andwalk away, leaving me standing at the register, ignored... Nice young African American young lady finally walks up, politelygreets me. I asked for $5 hot and ready pepperoni, she says that they are $8 at that location. Weird, but OK. I pay, she turnsto get a pepperoni pizza from cabinet. There are none. She tells cook, who was the same guy who stared me down at the register.He says "Five minutes." Nice cashier apologizes, offers cheese pizza instead.. Not what I wanted, as I literally only stoppedfor $5 of hotness and readiness... So I got an $8 cheese pizza instead...ready, but nowhere near "Hot"....it was "Old andCold"... Please see attached photo. This is not a joke. Completely uncut. They made lines that made it appear to be cut, but itwasn't. At all. Air bubbles in outdated dough. No rise in dry, stale crust, again, no doubt caused by old dough. Sauce mustyand overly sweet (old). Center loading, red edges. Massive underportioning of cheese.. Piece of cardboard was on top ofpizza.. Impossible to not notice that when they closed the box. Employees simply don't care. Absolutely horrible. Steer clear.I'll never return. Ever. Read more
I had placed an online order for 5pizzas. I go to pick them up 40 minutes later and the manager tells me they didn't have my... order. I was upset but understood that this can happen. So I showed him the online order in hopes he would make them. He tellsme well maybe you ordered it at the wrong place. I told him no I didn't and showed him the address, which he confirmed was hislocation. Took him an additional 20 minutes to just figure out just to make more pizza. Read more
Typical Little Caesars. I don't really care for their pizza, but do get bread sides here occasionally. Prices have gone up of... course, but at least from what I can see the items I occasionally buy here haven't changed as far as ingredients, portion size,or quality. Guy who checked me out actually had a good personality and was funny, not your typical fast food worker robot whichwas refreshing. Read more
Absolutely the worst Little Caesars I've been to. I came in the store to place a order and the cashier looked at me and... continued to box pizzas. When he was told by someone in the back making pizzas to make sure he's taking care of customers hesaid everyone was waiting for their pizza when I haven't even ordered yet. I waited 10 minutes being first in the line just toplace my order and then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my pepperoni pizza which the store advertises that they will behot and ready at the time I when. Never have I ever seen a restaurant work at such a slow pace just for a not even good pizzathat went up in price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Read more
This place is an absolute atrocity .There is woman who has been working here a while ( her teethe are messed up, she's middle... aged African American lady ) I don't know her name because she doesn't wear a name tag , (I'm guessing she is a manager ) butevery single time I visit this place she is being so rude to customers , especially Spanish ones that don't speak good English. They don't let u stand inside and wait even if there is absolutely nobody waiting inside.Turn around rate for employees ishorrible because I never see the same fresh nice faces more than a couple times. Deserves negative stars. I ordered some pizzas online and was told they'd be ready within 20 minutes. Fast forward an hour and... I'm at the store and the employees know nothing about my order and have not even begun it. I had to order it again and waitthrough a 15-person line. Only one employee making all the pizzas and I waited an hour and a half to receive my food. Hot andready though? And I was forced to pay full price for this? I'm never coming here again. I should be credited my money back forthis. Absolutely insane. Read more
