Fantastic! Meat is seasoned perfectly and nicely shaved. Fresh, soft bread. Excellent melt on cheese. Their cheese steaks are... in the top 3 best I have ever had. Friendly staff. Cheesesteak is in the name so I'll start there. Here on the north side of Tampa, this is my favorite. Got a regular cheesesteak,... no fancy stuff, and the flavor profile I look for was spot on. The option to add mushrooms is something I will do in future. Thewings were not as good for me, the garlic parm was very salty to my taste. They serve other sandwiches, burgers and salads.Curious to try the corned beef but with all the incredible burger places out there, that is not something I would order. Okay I saw some low star reviews I think they should have ordered the lefty?s cheesteak. Bread was soft. The steak was cooked... perfectly. Curly fries were fresh and crispy. The order was done so quickly I was surprised by the fresh hot food and very goodcustomer service from the staff. 10/10 over all. Read more
I ordered the chicken sub and reg fries. I was not overly impressed. The sandwich is missing something. The bread that the... sandwich comes on is not toasted but straight from the package. First time at a Lefty?s. Not overly impressed. Bread was kinda dry and at room temperature. It would have been better if it had... be steamed over the meat. The meat itself was dry and over cooked. I had ask for Mayo on my sandwich and was given packets afterI had started eating. I also ordered the Ruben egg rolls. They were not bad, but not much favor. You have cheesesteaks and then you have Lefty?s. The wait is over America as Lefty?s has brought back the blue collar... cheesesteak and sandwiches. The food is plentiful and fast. If you thought it couldn?t get any better you?ll have a nicesurprise when you?re wiping off your hands and face with a high end cloth napkin. Highly recommend. Read more
