I've been in and out of this KFC for 20 years , I'm done , Food was always up & down but the final straw was I stopped in and... ordered a 4 piece tender 9$ then sat down Opened My Box to Find only 3 , That wasn't the issue ,I got up only being seated 1min at most walked back up and explained that there was 3 not 4 in the box , she then looked at my table & said (I just put 4 inthe box ) she then looked at me again and said 4 . I then grabbed the complete lunch and left it on the Counter , They CouldHave There F---- Food . Hopeful it will close & we'll get something better. Rude isn't even good enough for this Crew . Literally the worst KFC in Tampa. Cassie their manager is rude. Their chicken is almost not edible. Last and final visit 3 piece... was so disgusting I returned it. No apologies from their supposed manager Cassie. Very rude. Stay clear of this location! Read more

They behave rudely, they are irresponsive and they treat in a very bad manner. They waste my time and eventually they did not do... my order, I ordered with app and the restaurant accepted my order. I payed for it, but when I arrived they behave me in a badmanner, after around 15 minutes they told me they do not have some part of my order! I asked for cancelation but the guy theretold me I myself should call to the KFC service center for cancelation and refund. They did not even apologize for their badmanner, cancelation and waste of my time! They made my weekend night terrible! I think anyone working in this place hate theirjob. Went thru the drive thru for a 3 piece big box meal. Was told they don't have any chicken. I was confused because I'm at KFC... then said ok I'll take a chicken sandwich. Was told they don't have any. Im like ok what do u have? Ahw said I have 3 chickenlittles left. I was like uhh no I want chicken. She then advised me she can make fresh chicken but its a 10min wait. Mind youits 7pm. I said fine I'll wait. Sat there for 10min. Food came out & chicken was fresh but mac n cheese was cold. This is the2nd time this has happened at a totally different location.
