Chose to come here instead of the 3 closest to me because for some God only knows reason not all KFC's serve hot wings 1st... attempt I got the famous we're closed 40m before closing at the drive true 2nd attempt was successful probably because it was2pm you know day lite yes their wings are small but they always were so no surprise there update. Ordered online parked in thespot went inside they processed the order but told me they didn't have hot wings they said they no longer sell hot wings thatwas conveniently after the earlier post what a garbage spot the Colonel is dead and now so is KFC to me. So disappointing, so many things just went wrong almost asked for my money back but in my older age I am starting to just know... when to pick my battles & this one I just walked away from politely, Normally go thru drive thru, chose not to today because mycar has been acting up & didn't want to be stuck in the drive thru, besides the point but anyways, go in. 1st mistake because itseemed like they were ONLY helping customers go to the drive thru, so I waited a wee bit extra. Then when I did get assistancegave my order asked if I wanted sauces, I said Honey not honey mustard just Honey, girl didn't want to come off more than a fewpacks of honey said they were for the biscuits not necessarily for the chicken. Ok well i use it for my chicken. When asked tospeak with manager the manager refused to come over & then the girl came back handed me 3 more packs of honey. Now in all ofthis I am super proud of myself because I have not shouted, yelled, cussed, or anything else. Then as i got my fountain drinknoticed a bug dead in a river of water next to fountain machine along with many other little bugs in same river of water alongside fountain machine, wrapped one up in napkin & then again called manager over & asked him to open napkin. Didn't apologize orseem disgusted or anything just walked away after I tried telling him where I got it from. Then corn in order was old, dry &just yuck. I was there at 1 so it wasn't like it was too far from a lunch rush but regardless should have had better quality offood & service & the honey packet does say HONEY SAUCE that's what I want Read more
Unacceptable the chicken smells funny and tasted worse than it looked. Will not return! Go here if you like chicken that?s been... sitting all day and just fried over and over again until it?s dark, over dried, and taste like old grease. Read more
Very good customer service. Nothing to complain about it! Service was prompt. We got our food, I believe, within 3 minuets.... Cleanliness of the restaurant was very good. Food was hot and chicken was moist! Read more
The chicken is not the same at every location. Depends on who's making it. Our last order could have been better. I only order... here with coupons. Expensive. Read more
