I don't have a good review for this one. I work at car dealership and on a Friday I called and asked the manager if we could get... like 38 chicken dinners for the next day at 12:00 he assured me that would be possible. So at 11:30 I called to make sureeverything was going to be processed and ready to go for pickup and he told me that they had sent an email to me at 10:50 sayingthey couldn't process that order at that store. The wings is a so yummy, I got the honey bbq which was spicy but still amazing flavor.
Bad service, the portion they give especially when you use a coupon is bad. If you complain anything about an employees being... racist or rude the store manager the person Incharge just replies you back sarcastically and really don?t care. Overall, thefood is greasy, food portions is really bad and customer service is worst I don?t recommend anyone going to this store. Read more

Manager needs replacing. Personally told me it would be a 6 minute wait for my family meal....25 minutes later no word so we had... to go inside after 5 other customers got their orders. Horrible Horrible experience. That manager who's a bigger boned whitemale shouldn't work there. Liars are the worst in my opinion but obviously he's a liar and bad leader. Good Service. But food is worst. They just give the food which is in the oven. Not at all satisfied.
Reference ORDER 8112227. Sunday 11/27/22. Walked into to pick up my order. Was told it?s ready. It was not. Opened the sealed... bag and one bowl was missing. So was the drink. The girl at the counter got the drink ready, and the other young man startedgetting the bowl together. Mind you, tore the bag open on the counter and showed the online order via my cell phone. No misscommunication. I then begin to repackage the food. Here is we?re the PROBLEM begins. Management steps in and begins to questionwhat?s happening. I stated that items where missing and your staff is correcting it. He then states there should have been twobowls in the bag. But only one is present. I tell him he is welcome to search the bag and I hand it to him. An apology from himwould have made me happy at that point. But he turns it into a racist event. He tries to spin this on how I came across to him.Dude your management, make the customer happy, make an apology?.. and have the paying party leave your establishment satisfied. I?ve been in some customer service related business all my life. I may not like you, but you are going to get what you paid for.I?ll try my hardest to make you leave happy.
