Staff is very pleasant and nice but please avoid ordering online at this location. We have waited over 30 minutes each time past... the time it shows as ready through the tracker. Not sure if this is a location issue or KFC corporate. I received emails statingthey were working on the order when they hadnt even started, it was ready but it really wasn't, and no eta could be peovidedwhen I arrived. They had my order done when I got there which was great BUT when I got home and my partner went to get her first bite there was... a staple in her Mac and cheese! Smh the craziness. This is truly upsetting. There should be no reason there was a staple in hermeal. Read more
While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the fried chicken is always mushy with undercooked and missing breading. The best... part of fried chicken is the crispy coating/skin - you won?t get that here, only mushy oily goo over rubbery fatty skin. If youorder extra crispy you get extra mush. We ordered online for pickup. We arrived at the store 1 minute before the scheduled pickup time. I had to sit and wait in the... store for 30 minutes before my order was ready. While there I heard enough BS from the staff to not want to go there anymore. Ifit were my store, I would fire everyone that was there. So unprofessional. Read more
Restaurant was clean, I received a good costumer service from the lady at the desk, and food was good!
