The worst experience I ever had was about 2 wks ago at this location at drive thru. Noticed long line at McDonald's next door... and nobody at KFC. Now I know why. Girl at the window took order for 1 breast meal, 1 mashed potatoes, I biscuit. As soon as Ipaid her, she had the bag in the other hand, which I found odd. I told her that was too fast. And she seemed to be workingalone. I got no receipt. The skin on the breast was peeled off, the food was cold, biscuit was uncooked, got thrown out. I wasin a hurry and cdnt go back or I would have and that's probably what they count on. But if you let people like this go withoutholding them accountable, nothing changes. And to the girl who did this, of you don't like your job, find one that suits you. You are responsible for the bad ratings. And to the store, watch who you hire. Read more
overcharged 90 cents for no reason and claimed "our receipt thing isn't working" when I asked for one essentially refusing to... show/tell me why. Went to drive thru 2x in past 2-3 months only to be told from the drive thru speaker that I had to come inside to order because... there drive thru register is down...ok so we can talk thru the speaker to tell me that but can't ring me up on a differentregister and still pass food thru window??!! Then tonight I order thru Uber eats and they send me some messy, falling apartthigh and leg when I ordered and PAID for 2 chicken breast!! I was there 2 days ago. Drive thru was packed, but I understand that can happen. Took my money, then took 10 minutes of... waiting at the window (in heavy showers). They gave me soda with a loose top that came off and spilled one of my drinks allover my floorboard. Then tried to give me an obviously wrong order. After taking the food back in, they took ANOTHER 10 minsto get me the right order. I turned off my engine because I waited so long. Because I waited a second to check my order afterall of that.....the driver behind me honked and flipped me off. Service is always bad here....and they almost never seen tohave extra crispy chicken.
