I don't go here often but when I do I always have great service and great food. I had the most delicious and beautiful crunch... wrap. It was wrapped ???? perfect and wasn't burnt! I went to the drive thru on july 8 at 9pm and had a mobile order for KFC and the drive thru was closed off with cones for a... little bit then when it opened up they said that they were not doing kfc orders and then refused that i had a mobile order forkfc even though i placed the order on the app at 840. Then after a couple minutes the employees admitted that they did have mymobile order after cutting me off in all of my sentences and refusing that i had an order. Then i wanted to get a taco bellorder as well and when i proceeded with my order i wanted to get a baja blast slushee and they were very rude and said that theydid not have any at the location and overall were extremely rude. We went through the drive thru on May 1st to pick up some dinner. The girl on the intercom was so nice and polite and patient... with my husband (he wasn?t completely sure what he wanted). When we got to the window, we were greeted by a male manager who wasalso really nice. We told him about his employee being so nice and how much we appreciated her (we had a rough weekend ofmoving). I don?t even write reviews but this is by far the worst KFC ever. Terrible customer service, ghetto employees, and terrible... food. My food was wrong, then cold? The associate decided to hand me each item piece by piece on the counter and leave it there.After me asking her to box it correctly & bag it she told me no I can do it myself. I stated it?s her job to do that, what was Isupposed to do pick up the chicken pieces and transfer it to another box myself? That?s disgusting!! She made it seem like I wasthe problem for my food being wrong!! After getting home I also came to find out there was a foreign object in my food!Something like a piece of wood in my chicken bowl?
