I went through the drive through.. ordered a 12 piece meal with all white meat. I have very picky kids who were all starving... waiting on me to get home with dinner. I get my food fly home open it up it was all dark meat and no one could eat it. Not theend of the world. A little irritating for sure. I hop in the car and fly back to get the white meat I ordered. The worst thingthat could have happed!!! THEY WERE CLOSED!!! STARVING KIDS NO WHITE MEAT AND I COULD NOT EVEN BRING THEIR DINNER TO THEM!!!They lived!! I'm not a complainer normally but the cost of things has gone up and to spend $40 on a dinner no one will eat... Icant afford it. So I put it in the fridge and took it back the following day. I walked in ready to battel, expecting to dealwith someone with no customer service skills not willing to make it right. To my surprise I was greeted by a lovely manager whocould not have been more pleasant or understanding of my situation!!! Not only did she give me the entire 12 piece meal withsides she also gave my boss and me lunch and she apologized and made me feel absolutely valued as a customer. Since I was atwork she told the other manager and she was great too, they had it ready for me when I got off at 5!!! went home with whitemeat dinner in hand and everyone was HAPPY!!!! It was a nice change to see someone actually cared about their customer and thehard earned money I spend in their restaurant!! Thank you Jodi and everyone else. I let one of the... employees know what I was coming in for he said okay and kept working. I decided to stroll into the KFC on Gandy and Manhattan. The facility was very clean and the chicken was very tasty and to top... it off the customer service was excellent. This place is probably one of the worst managed and operated fast food chains I?ve ever done business with. Made an order with... Door Dash that was about $50. After the order was confirmed, 15-20 min after the driver tells me they can?t make my order. Icalled KFC directly and I politely asked why they can?t make the order anymore, the employee then started laughing, saying theydon?t have any buns or other items to make the sandwiches and just hung up. Sure money will be returned in 5-7 business daysthey say. Id rather starve to death then ever order from this place. Read more

I feel these days people only leave a review for negative reasons. I went through the drive thru 2xs in the last 2 weeks. The... food has been great both times as well as the service. Today I was served by Jody! Exceptional! I was deciding if I wanted totry the cake, she recommended the lemon. It was amazing! If Jody isnt a manager, she should be!
