Dinner at JO TO's was excellent...there were three of us and we requested a table instead of a booth. We had a table right next... to the fountain and it was most soothing after a visit to our accountant regarding our 2018 tax return. We ordered wine and theserver told us it was happy hour so we ordered the house wine (2 for 1) and appetizers to start. The pot stickers and egg rollswere very tasty. After that we ordered Sushi, more Pot Stickers and Vegetable Tempura. We all had soup and salad and the entreesarrived in short time and hot.
